Maybe, soften some of the black areas so its not as heavy.
The balance of vibrant color and black & white works well.
I like the feel of this so far, the color and boldness looks great. While I like the way it seems splattered onto the page, adding a sense of movement throughout the shapes may help.
I agree, I think that your colors work well. I think this would work well if the final product was printed on larger paper

The different shades of black is a nice touch to this piece. Also the use of the mesh tool adds a lot to the abstraction of it.
